We've improved how things work at Spring Airlines so you're now able to pre-pay online for excess baggage – giving you more freedom and more discounts when choosing how YOU want to travel. (Pre-paid booking online for excess luggage is presently only available on certain domestic flights. Please pay special attention when booking tickets.) By pre-paying excess baggage fees online, you can save 30% on baggage fees！
Here's what you need to know:
Spring Airlines' has a free baggage allowance of 15 kg (including both checked-in and carry-on baggage). Infants have no baggage allowance. Any portion of baggage that exceeds this weight shall be charged at a rate per kilogram of 1.5% of the full economy fare. All excess or oversized baggage must be checked in; if you are unable to cooperate we reserve the right to refuse carriage.Please note:
Excess baggage whose fees are paid online refers to baggage or portions thereof that exceed Spring Airlines' free baggage allowance (15 kg of checked-in + carry-on baggage in total).

NB:
1. If the amount of excess baggage pre-paid online is less than the amount you actually wish to check in, you will need to pay the remaining charge at the airport counter. We are unable to process any refunds if the amount of excess baggage pre-paid online is more than the actual amount checked in – so please make sure you weigh your bags carefully. All charges paid at the airport counter shall be exempt of discount.
2. Excess baggage rates pre-paid online may not be split between other passengers and their baggage.
3. Excess baggage fees pre-paid online may not be separately refunded, and may only be refunded alongside the entire plane ticket. Excess baggage fees pre-paid online are not be subject to any refund fees.
4. Receipts may be obtained from the Spring Airlines counter at your nearest Spring Airlines destination airport.
